Nice move…charged me $40 to measure my front door and told us they would apply it to the installation… claimed there was an issue with the frame but won’t give us back the $40 bucks… careful btw it doesn’t say that on the receipt
don't buy an appliance from here. they use a 3rd party for delivery. appliance came damaged. spent hours on the phone and at the store. go somewhere else!
I was verbally and almost physically attached by a store employee today...and when I called on a manager about this we confronted the employee and again he tried to assault me in front of the manager and thank got another employee held him back...this kid should have been fired on the spot but wasn't....hello social media...here I come...watch out homedepot!!!

I bought a new electric stove for my mother at the Home Depot. Its GE Power electric stove that had one of those new Sensi-Temp Technology. The Home Depot delivered this stove to our house and plugged it in. She absolutely hates it. The sensor is very delicate and normal cooking time doubles and sometimes triples with the new GE burners. As the proud wife and caregiver to a disabled veteran with PTSD, I have to tell you, the store policy on the veteran having to be present to receive a military discount is beyond ridiculous! Why don't you just do the same as Lowes and have the military discount on the store card for the family?! PTSD causes a lot of veterans to not even be able to leave their home! Please fix this issue or I'll shop only at Lowes and spread the word in the military and caregiver community!
Answer the phone. It's ringing now for 10 min straight. They answer initially, then say they'll transfer you, and it rings until, in disgust, you hang up. If I didn't already pay thousands of dollars for the order, I'd say forget it.
I believe I lost a pair of prescription eyeglasses yesterday and customer service would not even look where lost items are kept, the response was just no we don’t have it. Wow. Can’t you just open the cabinet and look. I was just in the Freeport, ny store and only one employee would even listen. Ridiculous that they could not even look .
Human resource manager is very knowledgeable & efficient, in addition she is very nice & helpful
