By far the worst customer service of any store anywhere. The few people that do work on the floors either don't like people or are unknowable, or both. Bulldozer this place and put up a waterslide.
Horrible!!! They mismatched the swatch carpet and have not rectified. Will not go back
I come to this location because it is the closest however when asking for assistance, no one in there except one person knows where to find something. On multiple occasions, I have asked several employees where to find an item, no one knew or took the liberty to find out. They are lazy, clueless and useless. The only person who always helps out, goes above and beyond has a "bronze" award tag on his shirt. Freeport operation is below sub standard. Trailers delivered yesterday with customer orders due 3 days ago are still not unloaded. UNACCEPTALE. Have to add a star rating to post this but one is too much. Poor operation.
Poorly trained, inexperienced, ill-motivated staff. Searching for an alternative but they've under cut all the smaller purveyors and put 'em out. HD, you suck!
Thanks to the Manager, I think his name was Evan and another gentleman, I was able to get what I needed. The first 2 men were the laziest customer service workers ever!!
