HOME CREEPO aka home depot gets massive discounts for accepting lower quality products and sells them to innocent uninformed consumers. they put the quLity guys out of business and left us all out to dry. they pay minimum wage to staff. HOME CREEPO shame on you. i bought a bathroom vanity with three drawers the product was defective and would not allow the top draw to install bc the sink basin was in way of draw.. there merchandise is all defective and they refuse to provide even decent customer... read more

My 85 year old father-in-law had a new kitchen floor installed by them and they charged him $500 more the day of the installation as they said the price did not include tear up of the old floor even though the paperwork said it did. Called and they said he had to come in. He went to the store 3 times and is still getting the run around. Shame on them.
needs total New Management and teach the workers and employees how to help people most importantly departments need knowledgeable employment people know what they are doing what they are talking about
