They are way under staffed. I have been waiting on line to pick up doors and it's been 30 minutes. The kicker is there is no line I'm the only one on it
Absolutely no customer service at Home Depot in Freeport.
Twice and still these incompetent people can't install a dryer and remove the existing one. Never again
The store has everything I just wish some of the employees would take their heads out of their asses and help the customers more

Rating is for one visit on Saturday, October 17, 2015. If all Home Depot employees performed their jobs like Laiza and Janelle, customers would beat a path to this store. Both of these women, and Laiza in particular, went so far above and beyond! Hold on to them (and maybe give raises?).
