Very frustrated with the lack of knowledge. We were told by an associate we could get the military discount, however, not with a DD214. I asked to speak with a manager because our purchase was not a little one ($638) and she said NO, it's only for people retired or disabled not for people who only went it for a little bit. The hiring manager was extremely rude and disrespectful to my sister. His name is Matt. He really needs sensitivity training.
Completely disappointed with the craftsmanship and quality of doors that we purchased recently, two of which we've returned due to split casings. (By the way, when I returned them, customer service directed me to bring them back to where the doors were and a worker would take them off of my cart. I got help and even after telling them that the doors were damaged, he still put them back with the rest of the doors for other consumers to buy! He said that someone would buy them. CLEAR the freaking loading area for loading only!! People can't read, And no help to load bags of concrete!
3 of your employees would not even try to help me look for the board I was looking for and one gentlemen in another department actually came and found someone to help me look for the boards. FYI they were a type of gray shiplap barn board. The lady who takes care of online purchases was rude and was no help. To top it off I waited in line with 3 other customers just to find out that the credit/debit card machines were down. You might want to let the customers know ahead of time.
