No one to help you for they are all too busy talking to their fellow workers.
I shop at this almost weekly and never has anyone questioned my Louisiana drivers license with a veteran ID for proof of my military service. Today they informed me they only accept it on holidays. So what happened since last week? Needless to say they paid someone to restock the items in my cart when I walked out and went to Lowe’s who do not have a problem with veteran discounts. I will not return to Home Depot. Veterans look out.
customer service is terrible. nothing could be worse. managers are not very qualified. They do not know the important rules in the work: “The client is the manager’s salary. The client must be satisfied with the quality of services. Work so that the client returns!
I’ve waited here for over 30 minutes for cement....I’m now late for work....
Shopped here for years...out of all the home depots in the area... this one is my favorite!!!
Terrible for those with disabilities. If you need the scooter or a wheelchair, good luck getting through aisles which are narrow and filled with stuff on displays. Otherwise the staff are great and helpful.
I won’t recommend this Home Depot until they fix their flag. This is disgraceful! Apparently they have letting this flag fly like this for several weeks. That’s what I was told by one of the associates.
