Employees somewhat helpful. Store is unorganized compared to other Home Depot’s. Will definitely travel the extra miles to go to Lowe’s or spend the extra money at Stein’s.
This store is the worst for customer service every time I go in here and I ask somebody to send one of their customer service people to help me out I sit and I wait and I wait and I wait today I walked up to three different people that work there asking for help from molding baseboards and every time everyone 5 minutes no one showed up didn't hear nothing over the PA nothing and they never have what you need in stock don't ever go to this Home Depot go to the one on Airline Highway in Baton Rouge if you want good help becaus... read more
Went to purchase plants for flower bed. Not a single person in the garden section knew anything about plants (asked 4 different garden dept workers and they told me they have 1 person who knows plants and she isn't there). Most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. If you are going to employee people and have specialty departments, hire people who can actually help the customer!
I don't usually require help when I shop here, but occasionally I do and it would be greatly helpful for the workers to have some knowledge of the department in which they work. Overall, it's a great store. Seems to be my home away from home.
Our experience in the store is usually pretty good, however tool rental is a different story. I’m a little puzzled as to why they have four stations in that department when they never seem to have more than one person working. We’ve been waiting for over 30 minutes, and there is still another person ahead of us, and three behind us!
Customers shouldn’t have to wait 45 minutes for help to arrive. As was the case with me.
My husband painted the elves that will be displayed here and when he was done the manger just so happens to be no where to be able to pay him!! So screw this place and i will be reporting them to the better business bureau!!!
