it took forever to find someone to help me out. the first guy never came back. the lady that assisted me was disrespectf. they need to step up their customer service. at least i was able to return the wrong pieces i bought
I bought 2 gallons of paint at this store about a week and a half ago. A couple of days later I put a little on my wall and the color looked horrible when it dried so I took it to the store because you have a paint guarantee. The lady at the service desk told me they didn’t take back custom paint but I could take it to paint dept to have it adjusted, which is what I wanted in the first place. This is a rave... needed a particular light bulb, and Victoria, Christian and James were there to help, even though they were short handed. I was also impressed how Victoria went out of her way and helped an elderly gentleman, instead of sending him across the store. Denham Springs, Louisiana

Thanks to the two good men that helped me load my toilets at Home Depot. Because God forbid you get any help from an employee! They all standing up at the door laughing and playing around while I'm struggling to get these beasts in. And the wife of one of these men said this same thing happened to someone she knew yesterday!
you need 2 entry points. one fore real essential people. and one where board non essential can wait to go. essential people first
Don’t use them!!! This is how Home Depot leaves your appliances. First we pay for them to put it in. They were 3 weeks late on delivery and then they get here and we were told on we can’t put it in. I haven’t had a working stove/oven for a month and then to be late and told oh we can’t do it. Great thank Home Depot real winners. Never using them again.
