Purchased a washer and dryer. When it was delivered the dryer was dented and did not work. Upon calling customer service to complain, the representative said it was not their problem. They told us that they couldn't do anything for us and told us to contact the distributor. No more appliance purchases for us at Home Depot. What a disappointing experience.

I was just in Home Depot with the intention of buying a dishwasher. No one in the department. When the employee returned, he didn't ask if we needed anything. He said, "I hope you got a few minutes, because it's going to take me a bit to get these cabinets set up." We just walked out.
I needed to buy a washing machine. I went to Home Depot. I made numerous trips to customer service trying to get help. I ended up waiting 45 minutes for service. It never came. I went to Sears on the other side of the street and received Immediate service. I bought from Sears.
I love me some Home Depot!! Has helped me with almost every room in my house!!
