First of all, I will only give a 3* because of the young lady that is the department manager over electrical, she went above and beyond to help my mom find everything she needed for wiring her new home. The original experience was terrible. I have placed online pickup orders on 5 separate occasions. If you have only one item to order then I say they could handle that. Love going to home depot! There is always someone in there to assist you. One person in particular is a person name Vicky. She is so friendly and always has a smile on her face. If she can't help me she finds someone who can. A little customer service is nice.
Most unorganized, piece of shit store I've ever been to. Fire the manager and hire a blind person. They can do a better job of organizing the aisles.
Customer service is lacking in every way. Today, I needed assistance in the gardening department. I asked a young lady that was unloading a cart if she could help me. She said she would call someone, which she did. "Someone" never came. She called "Someone" again and told them a customer needed assistance. "Someone" never came. I waited 30 minutes for this alleged "Someone", and I finally left.
