I'm going to be nice about this. Extremely disappointed. Things have changed...and not for the better. Rude management.
I normally don't do things like this, but Home Depot has gone to crap! When you are about to spend a few thousand dollars in lumber to build a deck and your employees REFUSE to help it makes for some pretty angry customers!!! We was sent to FOUR different people all to get the run a round for over an hour! We finally said the heck with this and left!
Customer service at the Beaumont store is TERRIBLE.. pretty much non-existent. I went in about a month needing to purchase over $500 worth of stuff. I asked for help and was told the person in the lighting department called in and no one else knew the department. So I left. Today I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt and try again. Because of the customer service. They attempted to fix the Porter Home Depot lie. They tried for almost an hour. I ended up having to drive to Porter. Gonna have to trade my orange card to a blue one. The Porter Home Depot sucks all the way around.
Pretty much self serve, no customer service anymore. As much as i dislike Lowes, Lowes it is.
3 days later and I'm still trying to get my fridge delivered. I keep getting told the next day...no one answers...dispatch doesn't know...where's the driver? Very sad and not worth the trouble.
BEAUMONT Home Depot sucks big time. No one will help you. When you do get help, they don't know SHIT. They lost 4 customers while I was standing there because no one would help.
There are many things I could say about this store. However I will only say this the new management is trying to turn things to the positive despite the obstacles they face. The Home Depot 0501
