Customer serivce is ofut the window here... first all i ask for rye grass seed and the guy in the garden center said " k all we carry is grass seed" bahah i said i get it im needing to know if you have rye grass, this guy had no clue slo he got me another smart man and i asked him the same and he was clueless and didnt know the differeny between seed.

20 people in line only one cashier totally unacceptable
Customer service was the worst I've ever seen. Loaded landscape timbers and SEVERAL employees walked by and never even asked a woman if they could help her. I will be doing my shopping at Lowes from this day on!!!!
Retired disabled combat veteran....I applied for a in-store position and all I was offered was the cart getter from the parking lot for $8.50 an hour. Veteran friendly my ass. If I could give them negative stars I would.
Pretty nice love going to go see the plants that my favorite :-)
