Had to drive from Houston twice to get info on a delivery. Most of the employees are rude and they'd rather chitchat then attend costumers. Aside all that Leonard is awesome. Contractors if you need to order something he's the person you want to go to.
Ordered online, they wouldn’t change the address which was mistakenly my old address. I call 5 minutes after making the order and asked for them to just send it to the local store since they wouldn’t update my address and AGAIN they said they couldn’t do to “fraud”! Was forced to cancel the order and here I am 12 days later STILL waiting for them to refund me for the item! I ordered carpet and eliminated wooden floors from this store not I was very disappointed when we got our flooring for our dining room pieces were broke off of it so now it has to be sent back are carpet had tons of rips in it I would never go back to Home Depot ever again in order anything plus they were 14 days late on our carpet.
