Rude customer service, unknowing, if you can find someone to help you at all. Lost my buisness a long time ago, worst than Lowe's or about the same and thats bad. I don't know how they stay in operation. I'll never shop there again and I advise all others not to either.
Beaumont TX store!!! We were just at Home Depot, we did not have mask on of course neither did several of their employees and tons of other customers but yet a manger approached us in the painting department insisting that we put on a mask!!! We got our product went to register and he came to us again asking us to leave the store we couldn’t shop there because we didnt have a mask on yet two customers in front of us at register next to us didnt have them on. ISO tube spout. On aisle 29, they have 200+ sink & shower faucets and 3 tube spouts. That's it! 3 cheap tube spouts. I asked an associate for help and she told me they're all online. This place is just as bad as every other big box retail store. Home Depots not what it used to be.
Home Depot Beaumont you have THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORKERS! I came with my dad because he needs help loading things because you guys never have sufficient workers to help out customers. I was inside and we came outside to go get plants and your worker who I didn’t catch her name was so rude. And I get it now only one member per household, then I suggest you have more workers to help customers out and not take 45 min to help out a customer. This place is horrible. I bought a refrigerator and due to the virus they are not making home deliveries so it was set up for April 24th. Well I just get a call telling me they will not hold it that long and they will put on my porch. What am I supposed to do ? Use it from the porch ? Rudest people I have ever dealt with in my life.
