I would not be posting this if Home Depot would just acknowledge they screwed things up. To make a long story short, after 3 times of me driving 40 minutes one way and back to my property to store 20,000$ worth of windows they were to deliver they finally did show with a tiny little guy no bigger than me a 115 lb female, and him and I had to unload these monster suckers ourselves. Can you imagine the liability issues involved? I PURCHASED 20,000 DOLLARS WORTH OF WINDOWS AND HAD TO UNLOAD THEM MYSELF! WHO FREAKING DOES THAT? ... read more

Shame on you Home Depot for offering help to a 72 yr old widower in the community and then turning your back on him. You gave hope to a kind gentle man in need and then make excuses leaving him high and dry. My business, along with others, will no longer be with you.
