Great place to work and shop
I had placed an online order on Monday night (7-27-2020). Part of the order was ready to pickup Tuesday morning (7-28-2020). In the email, it said you needed to bring your ID when picking up. AFTER the order was loaded into my car, I asked the associate if he needed my ID. He replied either my ID or the order number. Every time I try to give Home Depot another shot, they fail again. I've had major customer service issues at this location, and this evening I needed a last minute item, only to get to the store and they had locked their doors early. not impressed by any means.
SUSAN at HOME DEPOT treated me like crapola again today. I'm still too upset to go into details but when I said something to another employee. I was informed that if something bad happens to her during her shift she gets like that and that is NOT Ok. So, they know this about her but she is still employed. I have one thing to say to her. Terrible customer service from the service desk. They act like you are a burden as a customer.
There is a serious problem currently at the Topeka Kansas Home Depot. Customers are having to wait inside the store for up to 30 minutes while an employee attempts to find an order at the customer service desk. During these waits the employees are answering phone calls making in store customers stand there. I waited nearly 30 minutes at the customer service desk and only about 5 minutes of that time was the employee looking for my order. The other time was spent answering phone calls and being interrupted by other employees.... read more
Delivery problem, placed on hold, was told there was no manager on duty. Called back and was hung up on.
