30 minutes on hold, one intentional hang up after waiting the first 20 minutes. All to find out if an item was in stock. Luckily Lowe's knows how to treat their customers. Fast, efficient, friendly. Heads up Home Depot, you have several large hardware store competitors in Topeka under two miles away from each other... Guess where I did my shopping?
Great place to shop even on Black Friday! Free coffee and donuts and staff happy to help. Always my first stop on Black Friday. Great deals and poinsettias.
I've never written a bad review of anything, but Home Depot delivered a totally smashed dishwasher to us, and then would not let us return it. It's completely unusable. Customer service has been a nightmare to deal with. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere.
