I found most of the things I need for my container gardening. It's very rare that someone offers to help or asks what you're looking for; but yesterday, somebody helped to load my trunk with the potting soil and manure that I bought.
I have had great service with Home Depot with my past orders. That is until I ordered a dishwasher, the 110w cord, installation package, and removal of my old dishwasher. I was called a day before the delivery and told that the delivery would take place between 2pm and 6pm. Delivery day came and went with no delivery. Chatted with them the next day, confirmed that my order was done correctly, and they told me that they won't do anything except maybe I could get compensation from the delivery company. Thanks for all your help in Windows,Kitchen and lumber departments. As a Realtor I often sugest a trip to Home Depot with my clients purchasing a home and looking to make improvements to there investments.
I am really getting tired of being approached multiple times by somebody trying to sell us Furnace tune ups and when that didn't work try to save us money on our energy bill. I came her to buy what I need not be assaulted by sales people. I may rethink any future purchases at this location. On top of that, the lady that a cashier was asking for help from was rude and felt like the question was a burden on her day. Needless to say we didn't feel the purchase of our tile should be a burden.
I love the place. My Sons favorite store! Mine also. Very unusual for me NOT to find what I need. Great prices, quality products and great people!!
Don't buy appliances from Home Depot Manteca or GE!! Bought a new model washing machine made by GE and had factory repair guy out twice. GE is aware that some units are having problems. GE WONT LET ME RETURN AND HOME DEPOT SAYS THEY CANT DO ANYTHING! Two huge million dollar corporations screwing the little guy. Beware. Don't buy GE WASHING MACHINES!!! Come on Home Depot step up your customer service!
Very disappointed. This is the second time I have been ignored by all employees who walk by. Today I was looking at screen doors. Spent 30 minutes trying to make eye contact and ask for help to every employee who walked by. Every single one of them ignored me. One woman employee was on her cell phone ignoring everyone around her. I am now taking my business elsewhere.
Wow! Worst customer service experience I've ever had! I purchased an entire vanity set from home depot and it has come in damaged three times! As a long time customer I'm severely disappointed. I'll be cutting up my credit cards and shopping at Lowes from now on!
