waited in long line from 5:30PM, at 6: PM associates come out and say only ten more shoppers then we close.this needs to be better organized.
you need to put signs out that the store closes at 6 pm now. we waited for 45 minutes in line outside to be told your closed.
Horrible service, online order is a joke. Easily takes your money and can’t even get a hold of customer service to fix the issues.
Times like these show you what the values of this company truly are, and it’s obvious that customer service aren’t anywhere near the top on their priority list.
As an essential business, we providing emergency repairs and our technicians are being told they have to wait in line with the general public. We stock our truck and shop, however, there are repairs that require additional parts. It is taking our technicians hours to get into and out of the stores where we have done business for years. needs remodeled big time.
Bought a $800 dryer july 4th and does not work. completely dead... guy just said cant help me even though it has a 90 day warranty. not broke, no power at all, just completely fried. Stay away from home depot. That's after I bought $1,500 worth of flooring just before this. Glad to see they take care of their customers
