Home Depot is dishonest! They use a bait and switch to sell their carpets and vinyl flooring. Home Depot sucks, it took them 2 months to install linoleum that was promised to me to be finished in 3 to 5 days.... They don't care, they will just tell you what you want to hear and then after taking your money they just get around to the work whenever they want......3 to 5 days = 2 months? In what world! I am SO angry, and they could care less.....😡😡😡
Word of advice DO NOT BUY A LG REFRIGERATOR!! They are lemons Only 2yrs old and has broke down twice this year. Now waiting on condencer #3 to arrive. Been without frig for almost a month. Even though I bought extended policy they suck also. Home Depot and all stores should stop selling these expensive lemons.
A vendor took me to a location for one item. On another item I was searching for I was told the aisle but they did not offer to walk me there. Ended up going to Lowes after I bought the items at HD. I’ll be returning them. Much more selection and service at Lowes
The customer service lacked big time at this location. I felt unwanted and as if my money was no good spent there. After asking to speak to a manager to express my concerns I was left standing there unattended for 32 mins before deciding to just leave. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!
