I called to query a price drop on one of their products a few days ago, but I was advised it was a short-term deal and that there is currently a decent discount on the product (there is no discount). I felt the tone to be quite rude, and uninformative. The person I spoke to wasn't interested in taking the product name/SKU, didn't cross check the website or ask to sign me up to an email alert.
