Michelle was extremely helpful, and ensured I was prepared for my half ironman triathlon. Initially she made time to see me at short notice, and continued treatment over 4 appointments across a couple of months. By the end of treatment, I had a clear understanding of the issue, what I can do to rectify it in the long term, and importantly I was able to complete my triathlon! I would not hesitate to recommend Michelle.

I was able to get an appointment very swiftly after needing treatment on a sudden back injury. Extra precautions were implemented due to Covid and I was made to feel extremely safe when I attended my appointments. Michelle explained everything she would do in terms of physical assessment and what treatment she would use whilst relieving the pain so I was aware as to what was happening to my body and the steps taken to get there. I was thankfully able to get an appointment with Michelle at short notice after hurting my neck suddenly and barely being able to function. After my first treatment session I was already feeling miles better and found Michelle's clear explanations and advice very helpful. 100% recommend.
Just finished five sessions with Michelle for a long term lower back problem, I wish I visited years ago, Michelle is very knowledgeable and on each visit explains exactly whats going on and puts your mind at ease as well as fixing the problem, I really cannot recommend her highly enough.
