The Heights is a great place to live. It's super affordable, has great amenities, and the view overlooking Knoxville is awesome.
I would recommend living at The Heights to anyone who is in the Knoxville area looking for a great, safe, affordable, friendly place that has the perfect view! It overlooks the campus, downtown and market square area along with a beautiful view of the Smokey Mountains. All this is a plus, but they have recently upgraded all of their appliances and they also offer a wide variety awesome amenities that fit to basically anyone interested. I've lived here for 2 years and I would recommend this to anyone!
Lived here for three years! Definitely a great value between the amenities, apartments, and location it's hard to find a better value around Knoxville. The staff is very helpful with any issues that arise including maintenance orders and other matters. Overall I would recommend it to anyone looking for student housing.
I made the transition from living in a dorm to moving off campus this past semester. The Heights definitely made this transition a smooth one. Management was extremely helpful with the moving process!
The Heights is an incredible place to call home. I am in love with the view and all the other great amenities The Heights has to offer for me as a resident. Not to mention its a great place to entertain friends also!! My friends love coming over because its private, yet close enough to the excitement of downtown for a fun night out with the girls! The Heights has been my home for three years now and I couldn't imagine living anywhere else. It's in prime location for campus, downtown access, and food and grocery stores. The community is great and the staff is really helpful. If you're considering living anywhere else, don't. The Heights is the best quality, location, and price you're going to find in Knoxville!
This is my first apartment and its my new place to call home. I love it here. The Heights has so much to offer with its amenities and a beautiful overlook of Knoxville. I am so glad I made the decision to live here. If you are looking for a place to call home the Heights is where its at.
This is my third year living at The Heights of Knoxville, and I could not be any more pleased than I am with the property, management, various amenities, and overall atmosphere that the property provides for its residents. I hate it that I see 1 star reviews when I visit this page so Im writing my own review. I personally like this place. The staff is always friendly and able to answer all of my questions, and I ask a lot of questions. I think it is awesome how they host events at the leasing office to get the residents to know the staff and other residents more.
