I do not recommend living here at all. Management does not care about the residents, all they care about is their money. I’ve had multiple problems occur and was told they weren’t going to do anything about it even tho it was in our contract. There are no cameras anywhere and they don’t care about our safety. I’ve just been told to “file a police report” bc they weren’t getting involved.
RecommendedI think the staff here is super nice and wonderful! This apartment complex is just in the perfect spot to see the whole city as well.
The heights has been a pretty good place to live for the past couple years. The staff is always very friendly and the maintenance staff is always very prompt. The bus definitely needs work, so I would recommend having a parking pass. Overall, the heights is fairly cheap, and they have regular events that are fun.
The Heights of Knoxville is a great place to leave at. The staff are nice and easy to talk to, there is a great view of downtown room the clubhouse, and the price is okay. The only downside is the 12 minute drive to campus.
The heights is relatively a close apartment to the campus. They offer good prices for some good apartments. Overall you will get your moneys worth.
I have enjoyed living at the heights for two years now. The staff here is amazing and they have worked with me to make sure that I am happy here. The price is very reasonable especially for everything that you get here!
I love this apartment. Has been one of the highlights of my college experience while at UT. The apartments are clean, affordable, safe, and have great amenities.
I love it here! So beautiful! The place is clean, the view is hard to beat, and all of the staff is so nice. It took one visit and I was in love.
I love living here! I have many friends who live here too and the staff are really nice. I have made many memories here and can't wait to make more. I love the facilities the heights offer.
