RecommendedI've loved living at the Heights so far, and I'm looking forward to staying here next year as well. I love the amenities here and I have never had a noise problem while I've lived here, I would definitely recommend it to someone looking to move away from UT's campus but still be close enough to commute in 10 minutes or less.
I love it here! The rooms are decent sized, the neighborhood is nice, and the pool area is spectacular. I love the huge closets, the incredible view, and the hot tub. It’s super close to campus, downtown, and local stores and restaurants. It doesn’t get much better than The Heights.
I love the heights. The office staff are always helpful and nice. The rooms are spacious and bigger than most student apartments. Parking is never an issue and spots are almost always open. The drive to campus is not long and it’s nice being closer to downtown.
Everything has been good so far. My roommate is cool, maintenance comes to fix issues in a timely manner, and there’s plenty of parking even when I get home late. - 4 stars
Management is always so very helpful as it pertains to providing solutions and following up. The maintenance team is friendly and dedicated to ensuring the comfort of the residents by providing speedy services.
I have loved living here the last two years. The staff is awesome and the view is beautiful! It is also just a short drive to The University of Tennessee! Definitely recommend!
