I had a hearing problem which turnout to be wax. Helen who took the wax out my ears were absolutely brilliant. Friendly bunch of people including receptionist Caroline was great to talk to.
I went to The Hearing centre because I had a blockage in one of my ears. I met with Claire who explained what was happening in my ear. She was very informative and explained step by step what was going on. She did a couple of tests which helped, then advised me to what I needed to do to help clear them. I felt so much better afterwards. I wound defiantly recommend this company.
Very helpful and reassuring as this was my first experience of wax removal by suction. Will use them again definitely
