First visit and I was a little apprehensive. I shouldn’t have worried, everyone was very friendly and I would return quite happily if I needed too.
Managed to get a cancellation so got seen early quick, efficient and professional service.

Excellent professional & friendly service by Helen. My right ear was completely blocked with wax, this was quickly & painlessly cleared today. I was shown the build up of wax in my ear before my procedure, on a TV device. Then Helen showed me my ear drum on the screen after removal of wax. Thank you so much for putting me at ease & thank you also to the lovely friendly receptionist. This makes all the difference. I highly recommend The Hearing Centre.
