My dad placed an order through coloplast charter for stoma and catheter products around 2 weeks ago. Rang coloplast and they said for some strange reason his order got sent to penn manor and they had an email saying he's not at that practice. They placed another order with alfred squire but still no delivery. Rang the surgery to be told the last order was a month ago. Absolutely disgraceful surgery left 3 years ago & joined another they should all be struck off
Still waiting for bloom test results from 9 days ago, every time I call I get told to fill in a triage form, why would I do that when every time I do it either gets ignored or they palm you off with the same crap, only decent thing about the place is DR Stoves
