If you need to be free from pain without the need for medication then this is the place for you. I've been a Client of Helen's for some time now and I couldn't manage without my regular visits. Highly Recommended.

It was clear Helens' intentions were to keep you fit and well enough, you didn't need to go back. Not only is Helen super friendly & can have a good laugh, she also did a very detailed consultation with me and worked absolute magic.
