Staff still lovely but the meals have been ruined recently And you can feel the staff are all getting stressed about it
Friendly happy place , excellent standards, very impressive, I work for a care agency and have been in care over 40 years, can not recommend the hawthorns enough
We feel extremely lucky to have such a wonderful place for our family member to move to in our local area. Prior to living at The Hawthorns Eastbourne she lived in London. The staff were very helpful with the move. She has a lovely apartment with a small patio. The staff are kind and helpful. The trips and activities are a big hit!
I was given a tour recently: Lots of space, attractive setting and friendly atmosphere.
