My grandmother lives in the Hawthorns care home and receiving amazing care despite language barrier. She is happy and much more healthy than before living there. Highly recommended. negative comments are just not honest. The place got wonderful management and staff.
No confidentiality - staff are very disrespectful towards one another.
Brother was there for 12 days respite care which was given.Good choice of meals.
