Was recommended by a friend, so figured I'd try it out. Made a 6:30 appointment only to not be addressed until after 7pm. When I was addressed, it was to be told to wait an additional 15 mins for Romeo. So, I politely explained my frustration and left. Why am I waiting almost 45 mins for an appt? Oddly enough, they say they don't take walk in and make you reserve an appointment. I understand you're busy and a popular place, but the customer service and scheduling is despicable.
The nail job is great. But you need to arrive early and don't expect to be serviced at your appointments time. I've waited over an hour multiple times.
Went back 3 times in one week to get the same nail repaired. No one even apologized about this inconvenience, they don't greet you when entering. This business lacks customer service. There main concern is efficiency not the customer's experience. I can't give my money to an establishment as such and won't go back.
Customer service was poor, as they weren't engaged and friendly. I felt very rushed when discussing what I wanted. The store dogs were barking the whole time, which isn't a pleasant environment to sit it. My feet hurt after leaving the salon and frankly look swallon, I hope I didn't get an infection. The pedicure area didn't look to sanitary and the Rep had a big box with tools, that were returned to box after my pedicure. Usually they put it in this machine for cleaning( red flag).
