Today, my friend was treated horribly! She was unsatisfied with her nails and when she asked the owner if there was anything he could do he responded with an attitude and insults. She was calm and could not believe he was speaking to her that way. The situation escalated which led to one of their employees assaulting her. This place has UNLIMITED amount of bad reviews of how they treat black women. Please do not spend your hard earned money here EVER!
I know several people that have attended this nail salon and have received horrible customer service. My dear friend was recently accosted by an employee there after the manager was rude to her. Seems as if the nail salon is lacking education in customer service. I advise all patrons of this nail salon to find another respectable place.
🤬🤬 WARNING! Horrible customer service. A friend spent over $100 for her nails and toes but was unsatisfied with the results. She calmly talked with the manager about it hoping some type of remedial action would be taken (as any business with good customer service should) however he responded with unwarranted insults and didn't care to fix them. The owner was very rude to me and raise his voice for mistake he made and canceled my appointment when I told him he was not going to talk to me that way. I will not go back!
My mother made appointments a week ago for my daughter and herself. An employee there made a mistake and scheduled someone else in their place. Instead of making it right, the owner proceeds to argue and loud talk my mother in front of everyone inside. It was a horrible experience for my daughter and my mother and they will never return there again nor will we recommend this place to anyone. This is disappointing. Everyone with a business license doesn’t necessarily need one because they first must know how to treat people.
