I have been going there since the day they opened there front doors. I am very picky about my nails and in the last 8 years I have never been disappointed. I do recommend making an appt if you want a particular tech or time. David and kimmie are my favorite and the manager chris comes in 3rd Place. They always have the freshest new fashions and my nails always look hot. This is not your place if you want regular basic nails. Yes you may wait a few minutes when you arrive but that’s life. Best nail salon in ATL.
The technicians are very talented and creative with nail designs. Bring them your idea and they will create it. I've been going here for 5+ years always happy. I do make appointments as they are always busy.
My cousin got the nastiest eye infection after getting her eyelashes done here. She called to make them aware of the situation and the owner could not have been more disrespectful, downright rude, and insulting by implying she could've gotten the infection and I quote "from wiping her butt and then touching her eyes" followed by hanging up on her. This issue has still to be resolved and the owner has yet to issue an apology for his incredibly rude and unprofessional behavior. *********BEWARE*********
Great customer service and they take their time on your nails. A real spa experience for your nails. You won't be disappointed.
