I had an APPOINTMENT for nails and a pedicure...was only able to get my nails done. Was told I would have wait at least (an additional) 15 minutes. Appointment 1:30; this was after 2:30! BUT, my nails look great! Not a total bust!!!
Ive been a loyal customer for about 5 years. I love being there. Love love love my nail tech. It’s crowded and yes you’ll have to wait but it’s definitely worth it. Best advice : Make an appointment ! I usually plan on being there for 2 hours when I’m getting nails and a pedicure !! Nails are always Bomb AF !!!
Can’t say enough about all The high-quality talent at this nail salon! I highly recommend Nhi for nails and Luke for toes! But there are many others I go to when she’s busy! Bottomline if you are looking for top of the products and the latest trends in nails look no farther!
Rude and def lacking customer service won’t be back. I live in Buckhead but I’ll keep my business elsewhere.
If there was an option for more stars I’d give them more!
