Absolute rubbish booked an appointment only to have it cancelled two time, you can’t get through to anyone on the phone it just keeps taking you back to the menu, you can’t go in to the centre. What on earth do you want us to do then.
I just want to say a big thank you to Thomas and to the lovely lady with him who was training (I’m sorry I can’t remember your name but you were wearing a lovely red patterned dress). I came in originally to have my coil removed, however Thomas spoke through my options extremely carefully. Both were super lovely, patient and understanding of my gynae issues although I was last patient of the night. Went in for a (hormonal) coil removal which they couldn't find but was put on the pill in preparation for when it could be removed. 6 weeks later and I've still not had my coil removed so have been on 2 forms of hormonal birth control for weeks now and experiencing horrific symptoms and side effects. I am absolutely appalled.
The staff very friendly, The doctor is very disgusting. She shouldn't be a doctor.
Frustrating clinic. Difficult to get an appointment. Any positive results then takes at least 2-3 days to get a call back to arrange treatment. Shame as when the clinic works (PreP clinic for example) the service is pretty good. I know people going to the other clinics (North Manchester, Macclesfield) even when they live in Manchester coz of how unreliable it is.
