Do not know what is going on here they is a cross line between doctors and front desk it's needs to be sorted out and making calls to patients make it clear wot the appointment all about,
Requested an appointment Online called me to ask if I could do 2 o’clock arrived at Just before 2 o’clock, 30 minutes later, still sat In the waiting room with not another Person waiting, ask the receptionist what the hold up was she said she would contact the doctor and still sat there Absolutely disgusting making people wait. I’ve took time out of my work lunch break to come definitely going to look at to join another surgery. This is beyond a joke. Now it happens every time I make an appointment which is very rare.
I've always had great service and have never had cause to complain however after I had a blood test I was sent a link to book a appt for my results I did this but when I turned up for my appt It was with the wrong doctor he was a specialist in bones so we went to the reception and I was told I would get a phone call from the doctor before 1pm .By 2pm I had not heard anything so I called the surgery [ my daughter was also at the surgery waiting to see a doctor. It's so hard to get your medication properly iput my paperwork in doctors a week ago now been telling me wait till five o clock 🕒 to see if it's done not happy I'm in pain,
