I registered with this company but decided not to deal with them as I did not like that type of business model. It seems they hang onto your data because I just got an email from somebody else addressed to me by name asking for my business!!! Absolutely unacceptable. I've had a very poor experience. They have taken weeks on multiple occasions to come and fix a boiler that had stopped working and have tried their utmost to extract the most possible from my deposit without grounds to do so. I would not recommend using them.

Avoid at all costs. Dishonest and unhelpful. If Happy Tenant put even a fraction of the time spent avoiding their job into actually doing their job, they might deserve this single star. This company is so incompetent, the landlord had to become directly involved to sort out the series of disasters of Happy Tenant's own making. Building locks were changed without noticing tenants, repairs are left unfinished if attended to at all, including water damage and mold concerns. Always a great experience working with HTC, prompt at responding, reliable and could not recommend them highly enough!
