Update 14.12.2023. THIS COMPANY HAS CEASED TRADING. I visited their premises which have now been relet by the buildingnowners. Apparently insolvency practitioners have been appointed. WARNING........I placed an order and have had my card debited. Heard nothing since and can't get through on the phone. Order no. 1138. Sadly I fear I'm another customer who has been scammed! I purchased 3 boxes of flooring from this company. No response from them, phone line is engaged and no responses to email. Seeking legal advice.
We are having the same issue as Peter Lyall described. Ordered 1st of November (3 to 5 day delivery) still no delivery or communication. Called numerous time no answer...I'm fearing the worst!
Did a very poor job cladding my stairs. Not level or symmetrical, the worst job I’ve seen. Gave them 2 more opportunities to rectify but still very poor, in the end they took it all away and caused a considerable amount of damage. Still no refund issued even after confirming they would, considering legal action. It’s a real shame, Liam & Holly were great. Found them on face book with excellent reviews unfortunately this was not my experience.
Company did shoddy work and have gone MIA. We had to lift the floor to find the true damage of what they have done. One section has multiple 6mm gaps and has ruined our floor and we have had to pay money to get the flooring lifted up and buy new flooring. They don’t reply to emails or calls. We will have to go the legal route just to get our refund
