For my first baby, I wanted to make sure I was in control through my labour. I attended a course along with the hourly relaxation and breathing class once a week. The initial course explained the whole process behind hypnobirthing and the techniques to be used. The relaxation and breathing classes gave me time out of my normal routine and kept the techniques fresh in my mind. Rena was absolutely lovely and I used a lot of the techniques during my labour. I would definitely recommend.
