I was one of the original renters when Celeste at La Cantera (a Alliance Residential property). Sadly, the living experience at Celeste has gone down hill fast over the past 12 months. The staff are horrible (either "ice queen" Jill -Asst mgr) or unhelpful "mgr" Tabitha). Here is short list of the issues at Celeste: 1. Maintenance requests take over 2 months to fulfill (2 of my recent requests took > 2 months). Things like a water filter for the fridge or and A/C filter 2. I have lived in the Knox Heights community in Dallas for 8 months now and will be leaving before my lease ends. The community is plagued by regular power outages that can last several hours. When pressed about this, the management's response was to contact Oncor and complain to them as they can't do anything. The management company should be actively working with the public utility providers to ensure consistent services. Instead, they tell us it is the resident's responsibility. If I could leave a no star review I would. I recently signed a lease agreement at their property 6633 E Greenway Pkwy, Scottsdale, AZ, Ascend. I have had nothing but issues since moving in. Was given a unit that had an attached garage with garage opener that did not work. None of the electric worked in the garage nor in the bedroom the garage was attached too. We were told it would be taken care of within a few days. Took over 45 days to get fixed yet still was charged for a garage that did not work and one of our rooms in t... read more

Extremely low value and return for amount of rent charged. Elite North Scottsdale grounds and landscaping are subpar. On premise management team is dismissive and disengaged. Requests for improvements have been unresolved for over four months.

I live in the Houston Broadstone Skyline apartment. Management is terrible and cancels your maintenance requests without giving you notice and ignores neighborhood safety issues such as cars in the garage commonly being broken into. Also, extremely vague contract language.

I live in Denver and rented an apartment at Highlands 32. I was happy until month 10 of my lease when the building decided that sanitizing wasn't important the moment Covid hit. I never saw a crew or maintenance man when before Covid, I saw someone regularly. I would clean the elevator buttons every time I used one. The staff of people managing the building was on rotation a lot so I never knew who to communicate with. Also, issues with hidden fees. I moved into marquessa Villas this June and it was the worst moving experience I have ever had. When I recieved the keys for my apartment the unit wasnt cleaned, the laundry door was broken and the painted was poor. They had a cleaning lady come and do a "spiff" around my moving boxes but there are still dirty, dusty, and things that need to he repaired. Live at The Ashton Apartments in Corona, CA. Have been waiting for a month for our AC unit to be fixed. Poor service and follow up. I have issued 8 or so work orders. Received snarky attitude from front office and told others are in the same predicament and to be patient. I’m sorry, two weeks is patience, a month is showing you don’t care. Completely digusted as its summer and can’t get apartment less than 80.

I lived in Broadstone Lowry apartments In Denver, CO. DISHONEST MANAGEMENT If I could give them NO STARS , I would. These people are crooks. I bought out my lease ($2700), will be paying outstanding utilities and rent, and left the place in perfect condition. I had numerous POINT BLANK and POINTED conversations with Daniel the manager about what my final fees would be and he NEVER discussed repaying a lease concessions fee of $1355.
