I would never again move into an apartment complex managed by Alliance Residential, as they take advantage of residents upon move out and do not upkeep living areas in the building. I lived at Aspect Apartments for 15 months and as soon as Alliance took over management, common areas and hallways were rarely cleaned and smelled. In addition, they have horrible customer service. I have not been given a lease renewal offer or lease & my lease expired 01/31/2019. I have asked in writing and in person from January 2019 to May 2019 for lease renewal offer and a lease. Instead my rent was increased to month to month rate for May 2019. After I was mailed a bill for amount on my lease in April 2019. This complaint should have been directed at Greystar management company.The edge at Fair fax corner which is now the Finley at Fairfax corner changed management in January 2019 ,so i believe that this complaint is in error as this has nothing to do with Alliance Residential.
Month-to-month tenant @ Monaco Park in LV. Management tried to increase my rental amount by over $1,000(!!!) so that I would have to sign a lease. Over $2,400 for a 700 sq ft garbage apartment? No thanks! Gave notice to quit. Management tried to tell me I had to give 60-days notice. I stayed in Tradition at Kierland, the customer service does not respond to emails or phone calls. I left voice mails even to get the final settlement details. They will just sent email asking more money without providing complete details and don't even care to respond to follow-ups. My security deposit was not refunded. Car Theft with no resolve. Sewage and water leakage throughout the entire garage. Hallways are littered with dog pee and poop. Lack of communication and response when inquiries were submitted. I had more interaction with the maintenance crew and trash crew than the entire leasing office. While the local property team is solid, the payment system is poor, and will give you incorrect messages. When they close their month, rather than saying you need to pay in the office, the website states that you need to set up a payment account. Then, they force you to get a cashier's check, rather than allow you to use your existing account. The messaging is incorrect, and the communication is very poor.
