WARNING: I never signed a lease and was charged a $150 admin fee just for applying!!! Scammers. I've applied to many rental properties in the past and have never been charged to hold an apartment after simply applying for it. I strongly advise anyone to not even apply. Hold on to your money and apply with a company that truly understands property management.

Disappointing cheap place to "live." You get less than what you pay for. You tour updated apartments but they provide you with dilapidated versions. Upon move-in our promised "stainless steel" appliances were old half-functioning appliances. The dryer and water heater did not work at all. The water was ice cold until maintenance finally came multiple days later. The old stove top had only 2/4 burners working. The refrigerator had no handle. He microwave was dirty and slow. ***************************,the property manager lacks all humanly care or concern for the residence. She is just here for a check. In September, I put a work order in and was told that there was nothing to worry about, that it was more than likely my garbage disposal causing gurgling noises in my sink. October, my kitchen was full of overflowing sewage! Yes literally sewage! Maintenance comes 3 hours later and attempts to fix it. Do yourself a favor and dont move here, I wish I could give them negative stars. Where do I start....parking *****, for this reason a few days after moving in, I decided to Get a garage with parking behind it for $125/month, they strictly enforce towing and parking rules, My friend had my car towed when I first moved in (his fault, didnt have a sticker). After so many compaints On this company this company should be shut down letting there tenants live with mold mildew we can get sick Im just waiting to file a lawsuit maybe they can open there eyes a bit more Im gonna be filing some paperwork to the city this week unacceptable !

I would not recommend this apartment complex. If you have a question or complaint then you better hope you can catch them at a time when the office is actually open. Calling or emailing multiple times wont even get you a call back. If you place a maintenance request, no matter if it is important or not, they wont respond for a minimum of a week. Where do I even begin. I can summarize my 2 year stint at the Station as utterly horrific. Because I know not everyone will read all the way to the end, run as far away as you can from the station. Save yourself the headache! The apartments are mediocre and the location is stellar. Now that that’s out of the way let me tell you the real issues here. Management is horrible!!! I moved in 6 months ago and had been enjoying the community for the most part. Most everyone living here is kind and nice. However, after these 6 months, the noise levels from adjacent apartments has become undesirable. You can hear every neighbor, the doors slamming, the music and the noise from floors above you are terrible. My quality of life and been impacted, and my work is suffering. It appears the apartment complex Broadstone Skyline has a contract with a towing service North Freeway Auto Storage located at 5901 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77076. This place is something out of a horror movie. RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, and downright UNPROFESSIONAL. It's amazing that they are still in business. Anyone who has a contract with them (Apartment complexes) should be ashamed of themselves. THEY DESERVE A "0".
