I would not recommend this property to anyone . My apartment flooded on 2/16/2021 due to a pipe bursting from the winter storm . On 3/2/2021 my flooring was removed , installation was removed leaving exposed wiring , unusable sockets and cable connections . It’s now 3/29/2021 and I’m still dealing with a construction site .While I do understand that things like this may take time my issue is with Ginger the property manager and her puppets (her office staff). These people must be crooks of some kind. I live in Houston and am at a loss as to Who these clowns are. I received a negative credit report and it had my info correct on it showing I lived in MidTown during 2018. I last lived in MidTown in 1998!!!! My only guess is they somehow got a hold of the old info. They have a judgement against me now I am just finding out about for $9000! Yes, I will fight it and them. What scum sucking pigs they are.
This review is for a property at Anthology on Division in Portland, OR. This is managed by Greystar and owned by Alliance Communities. My experiences with this place were that management made no effort and placed excessive fees on us when we moved out. $150 cleaning fee taken out of the deposit for an apartment that was completely empty and in good order when we left? I got broken into and assaulted and the management in San Antonio, did not want to break our lease nor did they want to help me. They hid it and also said their cameras were not working when detectives went to ask. I will forever talk bad about them.
Not safe to live here. I had three incidents in the garage, first time items were stolen from the car, second time the truck was stolen and they found it in a parking lot in Laredo, third time my motorcycle got stolen stuff from it. If you live here you will find neighbors high and knocking on your door 2:00 am and getting themselves in shouting while you are asleep. By far the worst apartment community I have ever moved into I been here got almost 2 years and there’s been 3 to 4 different managements that have tried taking over and it’s an absolute FAIL. They recently changed their name to VOLTERRA AT WEST LAKE. Don’t let them fool you do NOT move here you will have the worst experience of your life.
By far the worst experience renting in my life. I understand that some people think the office staff are "nice", but that does not excuse the lack of professionalism, and the dangerous building exterior. There are broken lights, disgusting garbage bins, overflowing dog poop bins, no regard for safety on outside icy stairs, staff is combative when communicating with a customer, screaming kids daily in hallways, amenities are closed at will without proper notification of reopening, walls are paper thin, windows and patio doors... read more
This is the worst complex I’ve ever lived at. Me and my girl have literally put in a maitnence request every month for the ac not cooling down. They come out and say you have the best ac. No we don’t because we have it set at 70 when we get home at 6pm and at 11pm it’s 75. This company needs to be shut dow!
San Riva apartments managed my Alliance staff is the worst property I’ve ever lived at. I continue getting bills that were wrong for my last 4 months of living there. I’ve moved and continue to receive monthly rent bills although I no longer live there. I would never recommend the San Riva property to anyone. STAY AWAY. The leasing consultants Jay and CJ don’t know how to do their jobs, completely unprofessional and terrible at their jobs.
