I just want to say that after 3 years after my diagnosis of terminal cancer at 54 years old with so many referrals, tests, scans etc hasn't always been easy but Dr Gahnia Ilyas showed me great empathy with her listening and gave me great help in being referred to palliative care. Thank you

Called in to cancel an appointment which had been made only 10 minutes ago. The lady responded to with “and you’re calling us now?” I was shocked at the response and her tone! I went on to say it was only made this morning. Even then she said “well I’ll cancel it and see if I can give it to someone else.” She has no idea what people are going through and didn’t even appreciate that I was courteous enough to call and cancel and not be a no show. My first experience of using the Hall Practice today, having been registered for a number of years. I was very impressed, a friendly and experienced team of professionals. The follow up messages and emails were brilliant and sent straight away after the appointment. Couldn’t recommend The Hall practice highly enough
This GP practice is amazing. I have had two appointments in a week only a day after submitting the online symptom forms. Dr Dent has been extremely supportive, kind and empathetic and has helped me in a time of need. Thank you all for everything that you do.
