Most amazing extensions I've ever had!!! – I'd first like to say that I absolutely LOVED the ambiance of the place. It was my first visit, I called at the last minute to get a full sew in and Ana willingly accepted me for an "as soon as possible" appointment. Great customer service – Ana is a great hair stylist !!!! I was impressed with her work. She was nice, professional and knowledgeable.She attended to me as soon as i got in, listened to what i needed , gave me good hair advice and her hair wash was very relaxing. I left satisfied with my hair weave . I really recommeded Ana . Thanks !!!!

Outstanding Customer Service – Takeria Washington is an outstanding hair stylist!!! I was delighted by her level of professionalism and impeccable work. She took the time to explain the products she used on my hair and how they work with my hair type. Best Hair Salon in Austin – Shari was very thorough during my consultation, and listened to me about my needs for my hair. She put me at ease, answered all my questioned, and provided me information about what products that would the most beneficial for my hair. Best Austin Hair Salon I have ever been to – Its nice to go to place and sit in a chair and get your hair, relaxed, cut, and styled and not having the least bit of anxiety about the outcome. I have been going to the hair clinic since November and I am completely happy! Thank You Annie!

EXCELLENT!!! – I'm all about hair care, but when I moved to Austin I completely neglected my hair. The Hair Clinic went above and beyond my expectations by helping me get my healthy hair back!!! Ana was EXCELLENT!! She walked me through the process of getting my hair back to its healthy self!. She was very patient with me (even with all my questions), and told me the DO's and DON'T's of hair care. Overall I left the salon feeling not only GREAT, but CONFIDENT about my new look!!! ANA is my hair GURU:)

Excellent! – I must say that I don't like going to get my hair done and have strayed away from the embarrassment of sitting in a stylist chair wondering what she is thinking about my hair...but at the Hair Clinic, I felt SO comfortable!!!! I had an appointment with Rita and she provided a consultation about me going natural. I had a document prepared to ask questions, that I didn't even really get to use, she answered every question without me even having to ask!!! Re: Looking for a Great Hair Salon? Look no further! – Shari installed my first weave back in August and since then I've been to her 3x's and each time I walk out with a GREAT style! She doesn't overbook and have you waiting for hours to see her--as soon as you walk in the salon she's ready to give you her undivided attention. The Hair Clinic my hair is healthier for my visit – Rita did a fab job on my hair and understood the struggle in getting back to the au nautral. She really took the time to figure out the problems with my hair, the type of hair I have and what was needed to help my hair. My hair is no longer my enemy:0) The suggestions were taken to heart and I see improvement in 1 weeks time. I can't wait to see what a month later looks like. My husband thought this was the best hair cut I've had in years! Rita is my stylist!
