Very Disappointed! – I made an appointment to get my daughter's hair braided and my hair washed and flat ironed. Tasha was my stylist and though she was very nice and professional, she did not do a good job. My daughter's hair was left unfinished because she didn't have time to put the beads on her hair and the braids were frizzy and uneven. My hair looked like it hadn't even been done! First Visit – I had an appointment with Ana. I got a relaxer and a deep conditioner. Everytihng came out very well. The only thing I would say is that I wish my hair wasn't so heavy when I left the shop. Personally I like my hair to be very lightweight. Other than that I loved it there.

The Best Austin Hair Salon – I was referred to hair stylist, "Kera", by a close friend of mine. I recently had my appointment and I'm very impressed with the salons upscale, professional, clean, and quiet environment. "Kera" is patient, she paid close attention to my hair needs, she is very knowledgeable about natural hair and the products to use. Great service!!!!! – I went to the Hair Clinic on 09/10/11. I was very pleased with the service I received. My stylist was Anna. I went for a full sew-in, relaxer, and also had my ends clipped. Anna was so pleasant and professional. She is also very efficient. She had me in an out in no time. It was the best sew-in I ever got. It looked so natural. Very Professional Staff – The Hair Clinic is Chic! Before moving to Central TX, I was very concerned about finding a salon that was not only professional, but knowledgeable. I must say that the stylist are on top of their game! The keep the latest products available, the salon is clean, and they make sure that you are comfortable. My Hair is Very Happy! – I am a student at UT and I wore a sew last year. Let's just say it left my hair looking like straw. I decided to find a salon this year and get my hair back healthy. My first visit to The Hair Clinic was very nice! Rachel relaxed my hair and style within an hour and I made it to my next class. The salon was peaceful and it's very clean and ambient. I cannot wait to head back over for my next appointment, because my hair looks GREAT!

Ana is the best!!! – I moved to Austin a year ago and since then I've gone to the Salon once not mentioning it was my wedding that?s why I had to go... New Austinite – I just moved to Austin and looked hard for a professional salon. I like the location of the salon. There is a free parking garage that offers a great shield from the Texas heat. The staff is pleasant and professional. The salon is always clean and the decor is trendy and upscale. I have had two visits with Ana. She doesn't waste time getting to your hair. She doesn't triple book her customers. She has a positive attitude.

ONLY MALAYSIAN EXTENSIONS FOR ME – I must say Rachel is awesome with the malaysian extensions. I just got my second installment done. The first one lasted me 3months. My scalp was not flaky and itchy. I had no shedding like when I get a sew in. And she removed the whole head in less then 15 minutes. I will only get malaysians for now on. I can not express how pleased I am with my hair, especially with the flexibility of my styles, my tracks are so flat because there is no Braids. Malaysians are the bomb.
