I visited Katie over August and September 2023 and I am so glad that I did. Katie is warm and friendly and I immediately felt relaxed in her presence. I recently meet Katie, to see if she was able to help me with my fear and anxiety with swimming in “ Deep clear Open water “ On our first appointment Katie convinced me she was able too help . After 3 sessions Katie told me that was it, so I took myself off and went for a swim, it was incredible. Years of fear and stress had passed and I was able to swim as if I was in a pool.
