Always kind and helpful. Fantastic staff that always work hard to make sure you are seen in good time and properly cared for. Feel very fortunate to go to this GP surgery.
An absolute joke.
I have had brilliant service here recently: phoned on a Friday morning, got through immediately to an efficient receptionist, was given an appointment that same morning. Same thing when symptoms recurred the following week. Doctors had read my notes, knew my allergies. And when it’s not an emergency, I have never had any difficulty seeing my own named GP. I’m now sitting in the waiting room listening to a receptionist being hugely empathetic on the phone. Class act all round.
Saw Pip the nurse today. She was wonderful!
