A very friendly and enjoyable place to stay and community to be part of. It has regular socials, ample communal space and a nice little gym.
Really enjoy living at The Guild. The studios are comfortable, and the facilities are great, there’s a nice gym, open work spaces, and even a cinema. The location is super convenient, close to the station, university, and town center. Gino, the community manager is amazing, he’s always friendly, easy to talk to, and genuinely tries to help with anything you need. Definitely recommend!
I have loved my time at the guild so far. The location is really good, very close to the station and to the town centre, and the facilities are great. The communal working areas, kitchen, gym and cinema room are really well kept, and the atmosphere is overall very welcoming. The community manager Gino has been especially welcoming and is always very friendly and attentive. The weekly social event organised by him really create a sense of community between residents, overall I would 100% recommend living here!
Good vibes. Pricey. Most of the time it's worthy.
