Lots positive about living here. Nice and well designed shared spaces and overall a place I love living. 3 stars is primarily due to the sales team which I feel bring down the overall high quality of the building and other staff. Had a number of issues with them but a few examples: 1. Contacting me almost 4 months prior to my rent finishing stating that <b>"If we haven't heard from you in the next two weeks then your studio will go to market"</b>. I've had a great experience living here thanks to the lovely staff: Samita at reception, maintenance and the staff at Scape as well. The rooms are clean and well maintained, and the location is very central. The only downside is the rent can be a bit steep.
